As an MBA graduate and Six Sigma Green Belt, she has close to 20 years of experience in sales leadership, strategy planning and execution, account development, and relationship management. She has been recognized throughout her career for her ability to develop some of the most strategic partnerships. After spending a vast majority of her career in the Healthcare industry, Tamara was called out of the corporate world and led by God to start a career in the commercial lending industry. As a servant leader, Tamara has made it her personal mission to partner with aspiring business owners in fulfilling their calling while also partnering with businesses who are in a growth or recovery phase.
